Courses

If a paid course isn't what you expected, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right, provided you haven't completed the majority of the course.

Memberships

You can cancel a membership anytime from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period.

Free offers

The free intro course is, of course, free — nothing to refund.
